Climate Explorer: Bioclimatic Data App

This interactive app lets you extract and visualize WorldClim bioclimatic variables for any set of sample coordinates.
You can upload your own CSV file or use the provided example data (Arabidopsis thaliana accessions from Spain and Sweden).
Plot your samples on a map, color them by any climate variable, and explore correlations among all extracted variables.
